Every path is good; each moment depends on being in the moment and being aware of sufficient perspectives to be equanimous and able to appreciate the moment and respond to the moment. To know equanimity is happiness. Feeling it is joy. Being it is bliss.
Knowing may be optional; enough to simply be bliss.
I think one reason for knowing is to develop the languages needed to help others who are seeking their own path. I also don’t think this knowledge need to be everyone’s path. The fictional character Forrest (Gump) is a role model of bliss. I don’t think neither knowledge or words were his essence. Other’s perspectives can serve as guiding posts for journey yet travelled.
Moments lived in the moment, a momentous life make.
Forrest Gump: Life is like a box a chocolate, you never know what your going to get.
Forrest Gump: Mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
