Imagine a world where everyone exercised the right to vote for wellness at every meal by eating a healthy meal and making sure their family and neighbors also have a healthy meal to eat.
If more than 1 billion people around the world can be convinced to smoke while 5 million people die each year from tobacco-related illness. That's about one person dying every six seconds. ( according to the World Health Organization) —
I believe this is possible.
If Canadians can be persuaded to spend 105 billion dollars on processed food and only < 5 Billion dollars on vegetables —
I believe this is possible.
I believe this is possible through everyday conversations on wellness at home, school, workplace and public places.
I believe this is possible through “voting” for wellness by eating healthy at every meal.
I believe this is possible through “voting” for wellness by being grateful at every moment.
